6 months ago – Sun, Oct 12, 2025 at 07:30:59 PM

You did it again! Thanks to your support Bob Brinkman will be writing The House on Larson Lane for us! But hey! Let's not stop here. We still have Jon Hook's adventure to add to the catalog. Jon is bringing us back to high school with Class Dismembered. Check out the blurb below. This is definitely one we want to see written!

Class Dismembered - The Biology field trip to the city morgue for the seniors of Savini High School goes horribly wrong when the Batesville Butcher strikes! With zero forensic leads for the police to investigate, the Batesville Butcher is little more than an urban legend, but for these students, he's become a harsh and sticky reality. Do you have the guts to survive the butcher's knife?

Again, thanks for your support. If you haven't backed yet, now is the time!

We're getting close to our next stretch goal!
6 months ago – Fri, Oct 10, 2025 at 05:26:58 PM

Just wanted to give a quick update thanking our backers for getting us where we currently are. For those on the fence, we are getting closer to reaching the stretch goal to have Bob Brinkman write a script for us. And just to give you an idea of what to expect, here's a little teaser.

It has been thirty years.

Thirty years since the last of the murders.

Thirty years after Silas "the tailor" Cordell dragged his last victim into the basement of the old house on Larson Lane.

Legend tells of ghosts who are trapped within the house, the sorts of stories that teenagers tell each other on dark nights while drinking a few illicit beers. Last night, their courage fueled with alcohol and hormones, a few of your friends dared each other to stay the night in the house. None of them listened to your warnings of the darkness, laughing off your concerns. Still, you thought you talked them out of it.

You were wrong. None of them came out. You pray that there is still time to save them from...

Another Stretch Goal Reached! The Darkness calls upon Stephen Newton!
6 months ago – Sun, Oct 05, 2025 at 04:48:27 PM

Well, you did it again! We've hit the next stretch goal. Thanks to your support, Stephen Newton will be writing a Script! Here's a hint of what's to come:

Night of the Mortician (working title)

A dark pall has cast its shadow over the graduating class of Beaver Creek High School. Instead of preparing for prom, you and your friends find yourselves attending your third funeral in as many weeks. This time, however, your suspicions fall on the mortuary preparing your friends' remains—and the unusual mutes employed there, straight from the asylum. It's up to you to creep into the mortuary and discover if there's any truth to the whispered rumors that the dapper mortician who manages the place is accelerating your friends' untimely demises.

If you're a fan of the works of Don Coscarelli's Phantasm series, this is just what you've been looking for! This 2nd level adventure is free to all backers as a PDF. A physical version is also available to purchase as an add on, if you backed at a physical level.

Waiting in the wings is the legendary Bob Brinkman. Let's keep it going! If you've backed us, a huge thank you. If you're on the fence, now is the perfect time to jump aboard. If you know someone who you think would be interested, please consider sharing.

Thanks Again!

Scripts, Scripts, and more Scripts!
6 months ago – Thu, Oct 02, 2025 at 07:14:54 PM

As promised here is a quick rundown of the scripts available for pledge. All of these are in various stages of playtesting and have made the con circuit.

Tim Snider's Speed Demon stretch goal has been reached. Please consider pledging and sharing out so we can hit those other stretch goals. We have Stephen Newton, Bob Brinkman, and Jon Hook lined up for some great scripts.

The Evil at Everson Farm

As a high schooler from a quaint rural Wisconsin town in the 1980's, you find yourself invited to classmate Nancy Everson's barn party at her family's isolated farm. With her parents away for the evening, the atmosphere is ripe for a night of teenage revelry. However, as the moon rises and the festivities kick off, classmates begin to vanish one by one, and it becomes chillingly clear that an uninvited guest is wreaking havoc.

Can you uncover the truth behind the deadly party crasher and escape the farm before you become their next victim?

Bloodball

This is the sequel to The Evil at Everson Farm.  It’s 1980 something in Tangled Root Valley, a small town in Wisconsin. The high school’s football team has been on an amazing winning streak. This is just what the town needed after last year’s tragic events at Everson’s Farm. But the Darkness will not be stopped. It just found a new disciple.

McCarthy’s Revenge

McCarthy’s Revenge! is the 2nd-level Feature/sequel to Toy Store Terror!, a Flick (level 0) which appears in the HCC core book. It is now three years after the horrid events of a toy store tragedy in a small Midwestern town–and a murderous ventriloquist’s dummy has set up shop with a small army of like-minded dummies and porcelain dolls inside an H.H. Holmesian murder house to achieve one thing: claim his revenge!

On a Pale Horse

This Feature is for level 3 characters, and it is set in Alexander, MA, a small city on the east coast with a history of strange events.  The Characters are drawn to the town after discovering strange goings on, a three-day riot that made national news and now a series of unexplained deaths that has made international news.  People are dying in the city at an alarming rate.  While the deaths seem natural, the experienced Characters have been touched by the Darkness and these stories raise the hair on their necks.

Something very wrong is going on, can you find out what or will you be the next victim!

Thanks again for all your support!
